Elvin Zambrano is originally from Teupasenti, El Paraíso and has been missing since August 10th. They demanded a ransom, but he was not kidnapped
The ordeal for the family of Elvin Antonio Zambrano ended, the Honduran was found in Nashville, where he disappeared on August 10th.
Unscrupulous people had contacted Elvin’s family the moment they kidnapped him and demanded large amounts of money.
However, his family never fell into the trap, although they had doubts.
On August 10, Elvin quit his job in the field and never returned home, alarming his family, who searched for him in hospitals and the police in vain.
In desperation, they started looking for him on social networks, but people started writing to them claiming that he had returned to Mexico and that they had kidnapped him.
On Thursday of this week, Elvin appeared safe and sound. A source close to the Honduran said he suffered an accident on the day he disappeared and was hospitalized.
Without giving further details, it was revealed that after recovering, Elvin faced a court case, which he survived well and returned home this Thursday.
Elvin is a young farmworker who has been financially supported by his mother, Melitina Zambrano, in Teupasenti, El Paraíso, since his arrival in the United States in July 2012.
The Honduran is dedicated to agriculture and although he has no children, he helps some children from the village of Las Cortinas who had no father and whom he has been supporting since his stay in Honduras.
“My son just went and sent help to the children who are not his. He is a kind-hearted, hard-working boy,” said Melitina, his mother.
