Shakira and Gerard Piqué’s split continues to be a hot topic, this time following revelations from British outlet The Sun that revealed the identity of the woman the Barcelona footballer would be dating.
According to the sources consulted by The Sun, it is about Clara Chia Marti, a 23-year-old public relations studentwho works for Piqué at events at his production company Kosmos.
The publication assures that the couple has been together for months and only Shakira and Piqué announced their split in a statement on June 4th.
“They have been silent about their relationship but everyone around them knows what’s going on,” the source told The Sun.
The same person stated that their close circle helped them keep the romance a secret, even deleting the young woman’s social media accounts so they would not find her photos. Still, some images came to light as it stands.
