This special education teacher is accused of sexually assaulting and child pornography of a 13-year-old boy

A Laurentians special education teacher faces multiple charges of a sexual nature, including assault and production of child pornography, against a 13-year-old teenager.

Véronique Jarry appeared at the Saint-Jérôme courthouse in mid-December.

The 34-year-old faces no less than eight charges against a teenager who was just 13 at the time of the incident and whose identity is protected by a court order.

According to the denunciation document, the crimes were committed between October 1 and November 25 in Mille-Isles, where the defendants lived, Laval and Mirabel.

The special education teacher is specifically accused of sexually assaulting her alleged victim, of inciting her through a means of communication and of producing and having in her possession child pornography.

She then allegedly attempted to obstruct justice by encouraging the applicant to make a false statement to Sûreté du Québec police officers.

According to our information, at that time Jarry was working as a specialized educational technician at a school in the Saint-Jérôme region, at the Rivière-du-Nord school service center.

Without giving a reason, she mentioned that she had to leave her job last fall and never returned, they say.

The defendant's case, who is on conditional release, is due back in court at the end of March next year. She has no story.
