This week the candidates have to leave two of their compatriots in the kitchen MasterChef Quebec.
A first contestant must put on their apron after the Second Chance Challenge, which occurs immediately after the Mystery Box Challenge. The latter contains the necessary kitchen utensils.
On Tuesday, Ricardo Larrivee surprises the participants with a master class. Afterwards, together with Martin Picard and Stefano Faita, he will give the candidates the big challenge of creating an extravagant dessert in a team of two: a croquembouche. For many, this will be one of the toughest challenges of the season. It will even bring tears to some of them's eyes.

The Elimination Challenge will be conducted in two phases. A second person then has to leave the kitchen.
