Three dead, six injured in Seattle shooting

Three people died and six others were injured in a shooting at a hookah bar in Seattle, United States, early Sunday morning.

According to initial information from the Seattle Police Department, the shooting happened around 4:30 a.m. at a facility in the Mount Baker neighborhood.

When police arrived at the scene, they found three people with gunshot wounds. The victims, two men and a woman, were taken to a hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Firearms were also reportedly found at the scene. So far, no suspect has been arrested and an investigation has been launched.

“No place in this country is safe from the terrible epidemic of gun violence that is echoing again here in Seattle […]”Responded the city’s mayor, Bruce Harrell, in a press release.
