Three men were killed in an armed attack in Marseille, France, on Sunday morning. The three men were in a car which, according to initial reports, was attacked by a group of people armed with machine guns. Two other people were in the car and were not injured.
Agence France-Presse writes that police found the suspected attackers’ car not far away and that the methods used in the attack were in line with settlements between gangs linked to drug trafficking. If the police confirm this reconstruction, according to a calculation by the Agence France-Presse, there would have been 21 drug-related murders in Marseille since the beginning of the year.
