One of the 23-year-old women was seriously injured and had to be taken to the hospital by air ambulance.
She reportedly suffered head trauma and fractures to her pelvis and chest. Her condition remained serious at the time of reporting.
The fire department reported that the other two women and the child in the stroller did not require medical attention.
The driver – seen in footage climbing out of his vehicle after it was left nose down on the ground – also went to hospital.

After his release, he will be arrested for leaving the scene of the accident without helping the victims, military police said.
Military police added that the vehicle belonged to a Paraguayan family who were visiting Balneario Camboriu and staying in the building.
The driver is said to be the son of the 69-year-old owner of the Paraguayan vehicle.
Military Police Sergeant Denicio Francisco Rosa said: “He claims that the car broke down mechanically.
“As a result, he eventually lost control of the car and went through the wall.”
When officers found him in hospital, he was breathalysed and found to be below the legal alcohol limit.
