Tiffani Thiessen from Saved By The Bell is 50! Star poses nude and jokes she's “out of the woods” while Sarah Michelle Gellar and Valerie Bertinelli call her “hot.”

Tiffani Thiessen turned 50 on Tuesday.

And to celebrate, the Saved By The Bell star – who was 15 when she first played Kelly Kapowski on the classic sitcom – posed naked in her bed.

The brunette beauty looked tanned and toned as she held a sheet to her chest to protect her modesty while her dark locks flowed down one side in a photo by Rebecca Sanabria.

“Over the hill,” the TV star wrote in her caption, although she looked anything but over the hill.

The viewer added the hashtag “That’s 50.”

The comments were pretty interesting. Sarah Michelle Gellar said: “Looks pretty.” [three fire emojis] for me,” while Valerie Bertinelli called her “a hot mama” and her former SBTB colleague Mario Lopez said, “Welcome to the 5th grade kid!”

Mario turned 50 in October.

Tiffani celebrated her big day with a massage at Happy Feet in Encino. The star attended the outing bare-faced, wearing a large gray California sweatshirt and black sweatpants.

Her husband Brady Smith, 52, accompanied her for the pampering session and was later seen dropping off a package at the UPS Store and grabbing a bite to eat at Uncle Bernie's Deli.

Last year, Tiffani admitted that over the last decade she has changed her attitude and learned not to care what others think.

When she turned 40, she realized her “confidence wasn’t 100 percent.”

She added: “As I turned 40, I felt like I had more personal pressure to look my best.”

“I feel a lot more comfortable now than I did ten years ago. “I don't know if it's just me not giving.”

The mother of two — she has three-year-old son Holt Fisher and 13-year-old daughter Harper — noted that her “body changed so much hormonally and mentally” when she had her children.

Now she is “on a good path” and is focused on “raising happy, healthy children who do well for themselves and society.”

When it comes to staying healthy herself, she explained, “I do it for myself, I do it for my kids, my husband.”

Thiessen has been married to Brady Smith since 2005.

“Of course I want to be there as long as possible, see my children grow up and have children of their own, and all the things that are much more important to me now.”

She also said that she felt “added pressure from what people were saying” when she starred in SBTB.

Appearing on Dear Media's Good Instincts podcast, Tiffani told host and nutritionist Shira Barlow: “I think people will say things, you know, and maybe they expect me to look a certain way, yeah. “

“But I mean, it's just not realistic.” I can only age the way I'm going to age, right?

“I'm being the best that I can be and I'm taking care of myself and doing things that I know will benefit the outside of me that people see.”

“But yeah, these people don’t know what’s going on inside, do they? Because that’s what actually helps the outside world.”

In 2020, she shared a swimsuit photo as she conducted “research” while beginning a “character study” ahead of her Saved By The Bell reboot.

The star unearthed an old swimsuit picture of herself from the original series of the sitcom, which ran from 1989 to 1993.

Tiffani captioned the image, “#tbt #research #characterstudy,” and added a heart emoji.

During the show, her character worked as a lifeguard and the swimsuit look that Tiffani posted on Instagram was the uniform for that job.

The reboot only lasted two seasons.

She shared with Hollywood Life that she thinks the key to staying in shape is not to “panic” if you gain a little weight.

“What will panic do?” she asked. “They say that stress actually causes you to gain more pounds. So if I stress it will get worse, right?”

She added that she “always tries to live her life in balance,” including the way she eats. She shared, “I've never been one to have extreme reactions either way.” [with dieting].

“I've never been someone who always eats badly, and I've never been someone who always eats healthily.” I'm more of an 80-20 percent person.

“I try to be because I love food.” I love cooking… Eating a salad three times a day isn't always what I want to do. So I think it’s all about balance.”

Thiessen was born in Long Beach, California and began competing in beauty pageants at a young age. In 1987 she was crowned Miss Junior America.

She then modeled for teen magazine for years before being cast in Saved By The Bell. She appeared in the series from 1989 to 1993.

At the same time, she played guest roles in series such as “Married… with Children”, “Charles in Charge” and “Step by Step”.

In 1992, she starred in the television film Saved by the Bell: Hawaiian Style.

She then continued to star in the spin-off “Saved by the Bell: The College Years” in its only season (1993-94) and in the television film “Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas” (1994).

Next up was Beverly Hills, 90210; She stepped in after Shannen Doherty left the high school drama.

Then came more television films: The Stranger Beside Me (1995) and She Fought Alone (1995), Sweet Dreams and Buried Secrets in 1996 and the films Speedway Junky (1999), From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money (1999), Love Stinks (1999) and The Ladies Man (2000).

In 2015, Thiessen reunited with Saved By the Bell co-stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Elizabeth Berkley, Dennis Haskins and Mario Lopez on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where they appeared in a Saved by the Bell sketch .
