TikToker Mizzy from the United Kingdom was sentenced to 18 weeks in a youth detention center, the BBC reported on Tuesday (21).

The 19yearold influencer, whose name is BacariBronze O’Garro, was found guilty of two counts of violating a court order banning him from posting videos on social media without the consent of the people depicted in the images .

The conviction also banned him from accessing social media, including participating in other people’s videos, for two years.

Last month he was banned from all social media due to the trial.

The video that led to the court order shows Mizzy breaking into a family’s home with two other young people and pretending to be looking for a study group.

During the prank, a man in the house walks up the stairs and tells the group to leave his home. “We have children here,” he says, asking the young people to leave.

However, Mizzy enters the living room and takes a shot of him sitting on the couch in the raided house for a few seconds.

The judge in the case, Matthew Bone, criticized the influencer during his speech in the trial. “To be honest, his pranks aren’t funny,” Bone said.

Bone also said that O’Garro’s actions were motivated by a desire to “receive money and designer clothing from sponsors.”
