The remembered Miss Universe 2008 Dayana Mendoza went viral again on social media after posting a video.
From New York’s Times Square, the Venezuelan sent a message about the lack of an image of Jesus Christ in this emblematic place where hundreds of ads for famous brands are displayed.
“I see all these ads and I say wow how we have an opportunity to express ourselves, say what we want to say, run ads, how we want to place them.” said.
So far so good, but Dayana Mendoza reversed the issue by saying that the image of Jesus Christ is mistreated by other religions.
“When we talk about the Lord Jesus Christ, they insult the Lord, they make fun of the Lord and they mistreat us,” he claimed, before saying, Christians – let’s remember that he got into this religion some time ago was baptized – could not have similar publicity.

“We can’t have advertisements for Jesus Christ in a city like this, but there are advertisements that speak of other kinds of religions and beliefs, with people doing yoga (…) there is a spirit, that of the Antichrist,” exclaimed he from Dayana Mendoza.
He emphasized: “It is not to be silent, we also have the right to say that we love the Lord.”
He pointed to some social movements and marches demanding certain rights; although he did not specify exactly which ones he was referring to.
“We also have the right to say that the Lord is the Savior, the only one who gave his life for our sins,” Dayana Mendoza said.
THE DIFFERENT ANSWERS
As expected, the video started rolling on social networks and went viral; left open reactions for and against what he said.
I will keep my hands and my mouth shut so I don’t talk and write about Dayana Mendoza!

In her own way, Dayana Mendoza seeks salvation in this ungrateful world and adheres to her dogma, but without beauty and grace. Everything is ridiculous there.

Dayana Mendoza is not real.

There’s nothing wrong with Dayana Mendoza converting to Christianity and now making videos affirming her faith.
What is wrong is that you use your religion to judge the rest of the world.
Just as it’s wrong to idealize her just because she’s won a crown.

I know I might say something controversial, but look, you loved Dayana Mendoza, you gave her the keys terribly, and now you hate her because she’s a Christian. I don’t think she has the problem. It’s just my opinion, don’t fall for me, hehe

Dayana Mendoza is not crazy! Leave them alone, it’s their life, it’s their faith, it’s their way of life… There are gays who pray to Cher or Madonna and Chavistas who light candles for Chavez… There are no religions – and freedom of expression?
