Good Morning America co-host TJ Holmes has hired Robert H. Moses, who was named New York City’s “Attorney of the Year,” as he prepares to fight his estranged wife in court.
Holmes on Wednesday officially filed for divorce from his wife Marilee Fiebig, of 12, with whom he has a daughter, after his affair with co-host Amy Robach made headlines.
Moses was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers’ Magazine’s 2023 Family Law Edition. He is a partner in Moses Ziegelman Richards & Notaro, LLP, practicing in an upscale office in Midtown Manhattan on Third Avenue.
Fiebig herself is an immigration attorney in addition to her work as Chief Diversity Officer for Save the Children.

Moses’ biography says his clients “range from celebrities and high net worth individuals in finance, publishing, sports and other fields, to those of more modest means.”
The lawyer, who joined the marriage law firm in 2011, has also been a member of Super Lawyers, a list of highly rated lawyers, since 2006.
The firm describes itself as a “boutique marriage firm” dealing with “divorce matters, custody, spousal and child support, paternity, protective orders, pre-marital, post-marital and divorce settlements.”

Both Holmes and Robach have been married to their respective spouses, Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue, since 2010. Both couples reportedly split in August this year after learning about the co-hosts’ romance.
At first, Robach and Holmes appeared determined to make it outrageous – with TJ sparking disbelief when he appeared alongside Robach and took the scandal lightly after their relationship became public.
Then on Friday, December 2nd, he joked that it had been “a great week” and that he wished it “just kept going”.
Her next step was to claim they were “openly dating” and talk about “expanding their relationship.”

When Holmes was first approached by for comment, his knee-jerk response was a career-saving attempt to “adamantly deny” the existence of the relationship.
Sources later told that while the pair have accepted the fate of their marriage, they “don’t want to jeopardize their future with the network any more than they already have.”
Meanwhile, Andrew Shue’s son posted a somber picture Wednesday without his stepmother Robach.
Nate Shue posted a photo online with his 55-year-old father and brothers Aidan and Wyatt as they sat together on an outdoor sofa looking somber. Notably absent was Robach, Nate’s stepmother.

Meanwhile, Robach shares daughters Ava, 19, and Analise, 16, with ex-husband Tim McIntosh. The duo also divorced in 2008.
Commenters were quick to praise Andrew for spending time with his boys, with one writing: “Glad you spent Christmas with your boys stay strong you will get through it.”
After revealed the two married co-hosts were having an affair, Holmes and Robach’s 12-year marriage was left in shambles.
Her tenure at ABC is also still up in the air as the network is yet to make a final decision on whether either or both will return to her lunchtime show.
Holmes and Robach had previously been suspended “indefinitely” after it was revealed their highly publicized friendship and on-screen chemistry had “crossed the line”.
They had attempted to keep their distance immediately after the story was published, when sources questioned whether the relationship could survive the onslaught of attention.
They were last seen in photos obtained exclusively by , where the couple appeared happy as they wrapped up for a shopping spree while enjoying some quality time together for the holidays in Miami, Florida.
