Before the show
Steve Maclin defeated Rich Swann. Swann missed a Phoenix Splash. Maclin loaded Swann into the Tree of Sorrow for a spear. Mr. Mayhem finished with the KIA Double Underhook DDT.
Moose, Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and Alisha Edwards were joined by former NFL running back D'Angelo Williams. They introduced the group's new name: The System. They tried to make it right within the Impact/TNA system, but they realized they didn't belong in the system. That's because they are the system.
“Top Dolla” AJ Francis used his own money to buy time at Hard to Kill to premiere the new music video with DJ Whoo Kid for “We Out$ide.” It wasn't long before Joe Hendry interrupted. Hendry played his own music video mocking Francis, particularly the failed jump over the ropes in WWE. DJ Whoo Kid slammed a laptop on Hendry's back and Francis gave him a chokehold.
Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers defeated Eric Young and Frankie Kazarian. The system rallied for a roster cut lariat from Myers to Kaz, then Edwards struck with the Boston Knee Party. Myers got the pin on Kaz and won.
