Born in TegucigalpaClemente managed to become the country’s flag bearer a little over three months ago, and successfully so Rebecca Rodríguezwho held the crown in 2022.
His triumph, as he said at the time, was due to his resilience and “his nature.” But her journey to this point has not been without challenges. Although Clemente now enjoys a solid performance and performance on stage, he recognizes that confidence was an obstacle at the beginning of his Miss Universe 2023 journey.

“The initial challenges for me were mainly a lack of self-confidence. I was wondering how to stand out among beauty queens with years of experience. But then I decided to focus on my attitude and improve day by day,” Clemente shared THE PRESS before the closing gala.
Looking back, he says, “I feel like not having experience didn’t hurt me, I feel like everyone has their nature and that will always stand out in the end,” he noted.
At 23 years old, Clemente demonstrates a maturity befitting his age and thanks the host country for its warm welcome to Central American and Latin American women.
“El Salvador has welcomed us in a wonderful way and I appreciate it. Even though I have no experience with beauty pageants, I felt at home from day one. I thank everyone for their support; That gave me the energy I needed to do my best,” explained Clemente.
On the other hand, she reflected on her goal since accepting the title of Miss Honduras: “From the day I was crowned, I have done everything possible to make Honduras stand out, because my country is beautiful and deserves recognition. “
Regarding her roots and values, Zuheilyn assured: “I have always been the same person in Honduras, with my family and values-oriented, because beauty has no value if there are no principles.”
Despite having no experience with beauty pageants, Clemente displays an almost innate confidence.

“I was scared and nervous about concentrating. I didn’t know what was going to happen, but once I achieved concentration, I felt in my element. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me from day one until today. That gave me a lot of energy to do my best.”
“Always keep your culture in mind. When I came here today, I never forgot my roots, which is my country. “I always wanted to praise each of our qualities and attitudes and I want to tell you women that you are capable of doing anything you want with discipline and perseverance,” he added.
