1.- A man allegedly armed with a rifle and a pistol who threatened to kill himself barricaded himself in a house in Miami. Police SWAT teams were at the scene throughout the early morning attempting to negotiate with the man, who eventually surrendered to authorities without further incident.

2.- Two women are wanted for stealing luxury watches and credit cards from a man. According to police, the man met the women at a bar in Fort Lauderdale and they arranged to meet later. Once inside, the victim fell asleep and when he woke up, he found that he had been robbed.

3.- A church pastor was arrested for cheating on an elderly Miami couple she had been friends with for more than 10 years. According to the report, 63-year-old Yvonne Hampton-Barley exploited seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s, memory problems and dementia to snatch their homes, bank accounts, pension funds and insurance benefits.

4.- A man has been accused of robbing a Burlington store in Hialeah. According to the report, Alberto Daniel Hernández entered as another customer and hid from staff, but cameras caught him selecting and bagging various items and then exiting the store without paying. The defendant was out on bail for another offense.

5.- After four and a half years of investigation, authorities arrested 29-year-old Arya Singh, who was accused of throwing her newborn daughter into Boynton Beach Bay. The baby’s body was found in the sea on June 1, 2018. Thanks to DNA tests and genetic genealogy, the police were able to solve the case.
