According to a new report, Tom Brady is in “intense discussions” about becoming a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Brady, the seven-time Super Bowl winner for the Patriots and Bucs, announced his retirement from the NFL in February after 23 seasons.
And now ESPN has reported that talks between Brady and Vegas owner Mark Davis have been going on “for weeks.”
However, the publication quoted sources as describing the negotiations as “extremely delicate and fluid” while a source familiar with the situation said Brady’s investment was “passive” – meaning he had no control over business or football matters.
An agreement between Brady and Davis that he becomes a minority owner of the Raiders would be their second outing together this year.

And he announced that he would become a minority owner of Davis’ Las Vegas Aces in March
In March, Brady announced that he would become a limited partner in the Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA, another Davis-owned franchise.
Brady is expected to land a mammoth 10-year, $375 million deal with FOX as the NFL broadcaster next year.
However, according to a source cited by ESPN, FOX has “blessed” its possible partnership with the Raiders.
According to an NFL investigation, Brady had been involved with the Dolphins before retiring to become a minority owner of the franchise.
Contact with Brady was determined to have occurred during the 2019 season and postseason when he played with the New England Patriots, and during and after the 2021 season when he played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This resulted in Miami being disciplined for tampering violations by the NFL and stripped of the 2023 first-round pick and 2024 third-round pick in the matter.
