Tom Parker’s widow Kelsey has announced that her beloved grandpa has died of cancer – just nine months after her husband, aged 33, lost his battle with stage four glioblastoma brain cancer.
The mother-of-two shared a throwback picture of her grandpa Peter Morris, who died last week aged 84. He had been battling leukemia for the past few months.
Peter appeared on Kelsey’s ITVBe show Kelsey Parker: Life After Tom and sadly died the morning after it aired on TV.

And on Instagram she wrote: “I am very sad to announce that we lost my beloved grandpa on 12/2/22. Peter Morris. My grandpa. My hero.
“He was like a father to me and raised me and my brother Sammy like his own. He set us on the right path with his knowledge of life and I am forever grateful to him.
‘The funniest, wittiest and most caring man I know. He was so proud of his family. A dedicated family man who was always there when you needed him.”
She continued: “My grandpa had the most infectious laugh and it makes me smile just thinking about it now. My babies adored their great grandfather Peter and he adored them.
“Grandfather, thank you for being you and my biggest supporter of all time. I will miss your stories, your lectures on life, your bike stories and your pure windup me!
“I know you’re up there with Tom and your boy Neil now, having a glass of red wine.
“This isn’t goodbye, just good night. Ta lah.’

Tom endured a 20-month battle with brain cancer and was survived by his children, Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, two.
Kelsey shared her struggles with grief on her new program and could be seen growing frustrated when Tom’s bandmate Max George asked her “how she was doing” following the death of her late husband.
The widow, 32, was reading messages on Tom’s birthday when she bumped into one of Max, 34, who was in boy band The Wanted with her partner.
Mixed feelings: Kelsey was recently frustrated when Max George asked her “how she was coping with the death of her late husband” during scenes from her documentary about grief.
In one scene she was at home reading out all the texts she had received that day and she said she got one from Max.
She said: “Oh I have a lot of messages, Max George texted me and said, ‘How are you Kels? But when I hear news like this, I just think, “What can I say? how am I doing?’
Visibly annoyed, she added: “How are you Max? How are you doing?’

Tom and Max formed The Wanted with Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness and Nathan Sykes.
Kelsey has admitted she struggles with feelings of loneliness and guilt following the death of her husband of four.
As Kelsey moves on with her life during this heartbreaking time, Web announced last month that she is now in the early stages of a relationship with new man Sean Boggans.
Reaction: She said, “Oh, I have a lot of messages, Max George texted me and said, ‘How are you Kels?’ But when I hear news like this, I just think, “What can I say? how am I doing?’
Still, the mother-of-two is still processing her grief and appeared on Good Morning Britain on Thursday to talk about her journey and the ITVBe series, which documents life after Tom.
Kelsey admitted she was “anxious” about filming Kelsey Parker: Life After Tom, but it ended up being “the best” thing she could have done.
She explained: “It was like therapy for me. I did things on the show that I wouldn’t necessarily have done, but it helped me tremendously. It pushed me out of my comfort zone.

“I didn’t really understand what grief is. You can feel so many emotions at the same time. There are so many different elements.”
Kelsey revealed one problem she faced was dealing with “a lot of guilt.”
The businesswoman, who has children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, two, with Tom, explained: “I know I’ve done everything for Tom.
“But there’s still this guilt process. Guilty that I am still here looking at my children and I am guilty that he is not experiencing what I am experiencing with them.
When asked how she’s dealing with “moving on with life” after Tom’s death, Kelsey admitted it was difficult figuring out which of Tom’s items to keep, given their constant reminders that he’s no longer with them is.
She argued: “The memories are here in my heart, so getting rid of an object doesn’t really mean anything, but you don’t know how hard it is.
“You don’t want to let go because you’ll lose her even more.”
The conversation then turned to the loneliness people can feel when they’re grieving, and Kelsey mused, “You can be in a room full of people and still feel lonely.
“People don’t understand how I feel. Christmas is gonna be so hard for me. We will not wake Christmas as a family.
“Grief runs in the family and affects us all so differently.”
She added that she can’t hear The Wanted’s music because “hearing Tom’s voice breaks my heart,” and said she wouldn’t wish the sadness on anyone.

Kelsey didn’t elaborate on their new relationship in the chat.
Kelsey and Sean, a father of two, are said to have met when she was on a break with friends in Lindos, Rhodes, in September.
“It’s very early days and no one knows what the future will bring, but right now Kelsey is happy that someone else has come into her life,” a source said.
It was also revealed that electrician Sean was jailed in 2013 when he killed a stranger with a single punch while waiting outside an east London taxi.
He spent time behind bars after fatally beating 44-year-old Shaun McDermott during a heated argument over a taxi outside Romford’s Havering Oak pub.
Boggans was waiting for his then-girlfriend to pick him up when an argument broke out with the 44-year-old, who was thrown to the ground during the skirmish. CCTV footage later picked up the electrician walking away from the scene.
