Rachel Leviss takes Tom Sandoval And Ariana Madix in court — and it mostly has to do with that intimate video they supposedly shared with the cast.
The former “Vanderpump Rules” star just filed a lawsuit against her ex-lover and ex-boyfriend – both of whom were her long-time co-stars before Scandoval blew up last year – and, in her documents obtained by TMZ, her claims a number of things… including revenge porn.
Rachel claims Ariana was privy to at least two recordings that were on Tom's phone – which she claims showed her in a state of nude clothing and masturbating… clips that she claims she did without her knowledge or permission were recorded involved in an affair with Tom.
In the lawsuit, Rachel claims Tom must have secretly recorded those FaceTime chats… because she says she didn't know he saved them. Absolutely…says RL at Ariana I stumbled upon the footage …she reportedly shared it with other “VPR” cast members.
Rachel claims Ariana confronted her in March 2023 – before Scandoval officially broke – and sent her the two illegal videos in question… and AM allegedly said Rachel was dead to her.
She also claims Scheana Shay attacked her afterward … leading her to believe that Scheana had also seen the videos, not to mention other co-stars from the reality show.
In addition to these claims, Rachel claims that following the collapse of Scandoval, Bravo and the production company behind the show created an unsafe and hostile work environment for Rachel… and allowed cast members to harass her insulted her during the filming of the reunion.
What's notable is that Rachel isn't suing Bravo here…for now, just Tom and Ariana and a few unknown Does who she says might have been involved in all this stuff.

It's also worth noting that her lawyers are the same ones who have filed lawsuits on behalf of other Bravo stars recently. We've contacted Tom and Ariana…no response yet.
