Tom Sandoval opted for a romantic gesture as he welcomed his new girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson to the home he shares with his ex Ariana Madix on Monday.
The 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules star was pictured holding a lush pink and red rose bouquet as the 31-year-old model visited while his 38-year-old ex was in New York for her Broadway debut.
Tom – who went public with the new romance last week – braved the rain in a black T-shirt, oversized dark jeans and a black hat while carrying the floral arrangement.
Meanwhile, Victoria – who was previously romantically linked to Leonardo DiCaprio – also opted for a casual look with a gray hoodie, black trousers, red Converse trainers and sunglasses.
It comes after Madix sued her unfaithful ex-boyfriend over the $2 million Los Angeles area home as they disagree over how the property should be divided.

Last Wednesday, Sandoval posted a clip to his Instagram Stories of himself partying with Victoria, and they couldn't keep their hands off each other.
In the clip, he was surrounded by girls until the brunette bombshell – who was previously romantically linked to Leonardo DiCaprio – wrapped her arms around him and planted a kiss on his cheek.
He also posted a photo from their now private Instagram account in which they mirrored each other's cheeky grins.
Shortly after, sources close to the reality TV personality confirmed to TMZ that the couple has officially been together for about a month.
Insiders told the outlet that their romance isn't “super serious” yet and they are simply “enjoying their time together.”
In the video, he was smiling from ear to ear and laughing while hanging out with his friends at the cocktail lounge and restaurant Schwartz and Sandy's in Los Angeles.
Victoria was once linked to Titanic star Leonardo (49). The actor and model made headlines back in the summer of 2016 after they were spotted together in NYC.

Insiders shared that their romance isn't “super serious” yet and that they're just “enjoying their time together,” according to TMZ.
Last month, Madix sued Sandoval amid their ugly dispute over their home.
According to documents obtained by , Ariana wants a “partition by sale,” which essentially means she wants to order a judge to sell the house to split the proceeds.
What she is fighting is a “split in kind” that would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property, which could theoretically result in one of them selling to a third party.
The couple purchased the LA-area home in 2019 for about $2 million.
However, their nine-year relationship ended with “Scandoval,” during which Sandoval was involved in an affair with her 29-year-old girlfriend Raquel Leviss (now Rachel).
Back in August, the “Buying Back My Daughter” star explained why she hasn't made a move in the comments section of one of her recent Instagram posts.
“I am living in my home, which I own, and working with my attorney and financial advisors to determine the best path forward before I uproot my dog and senior cat and cause even more trauma for the three of us,” shared them to a follower.
Meanwhile, Tom accused Ariana of being “petty.” Two weeks after she filed a lawsuit to put her home up for sale, he revealed that the actress had rejected his seemingly fair offer for the property.
Their sprawling property features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
“Ariana claims that me wanting to keep the house is a psychopathic move, but that's not the case,” the singer said on Nick Viall's podcast “The Viall Files.”

In a teaser for the second episode of Vanderpump Rules Season 11, the feud over their house continued as Ariana told Tom's assistant that he couldn't have his birthday party at the house

Sandoval further claimed that Madix “hasn't paid a single bill on this house in eight months” and “hasn't lived in her house for two or three months.”
“She’s petty and doesn’t want me to own the house,” he claimed. “That’s the pettiness [move]. “I’m breaking up with you and I don’t want anyone to do that.” [it].'
The feud over the home also plays out in the 11th season of “Vanderpump Rules”. In a new teaser for the show's upcoming episode, Ariana told Tom's assistant that he couldn't have his birthday party outside the house and that if he did, she would “call the police.”
“That’s not happening,” she said. “I find that very disrespectful and inappropriate.” “If he wants to have a party, he can have it somewhere else.”
When asked what it was like to share living space with her ex, Ariana replied: “F***ing stupid.” Meanwhile, Tom described the experience as “uncomfortable.”
