Tom Schwartz was spotted wearing his engagement ring on Wednesday morning, hours after announcing his split from ex-wife Katie Maloney.
The Vanderpump Rules star was photographed with a gold band on his left ring finger as he got into his car in Los Angeles.
He wore a black Emo’s Not Dead “Very Much Alive” hoodie, shorts, sunglasses, and black Nike sneakers.
Schwartz, 39, and Maloney, 35, shocked Bravoverse when they released statements Tuesday night confirming rumors that they had broken up after nearly 12 years of marriage.

The paparazzi caught Schwartz Wednesday morning in Los Angeles.
The TomTom co-owner explained that he was “not quite ready to use the D-word,” but confirmed that the decision to split was made by Maloney.
“Perception is distorted by the fact that we see fragments [sic] our lives on the show, but I’m telling you that we’ve had some of the most blissful, romantic, and hilarious moments that are humanely possible in the course of our relationship. I’m talking about joy at ground level,” he continued.

Maloney also released a statement on Instagram along with two photos of the couple hugging and holding hands.
“This ending meets no resentment or hostility, no choice of sides,” she wrote. “We deeply admire each other and we cherish our friendship. Although we may be on different paths, we will continue to love and support each other’s happiness.”

Many of the former and estranged couple’s current and former Pump Rules co-stars, including Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor and Lala Kent, flooded the comments with notes of support and love.
Fans first began speculating that Maloney and Schwartz broke up on March 10 after she dropped her engagement ring during a bachelorette party with 33-year-old Schroeder.

The couple’s rocky relationship was well documented on the Bravo show and included arguments revolving around cheating, angry text messages, and drunken words.
Maloney and Schwartz began dating in September 2010 and married in August 2016. After losing their marriage license, they officially got married in Las Vegas in July 2019.
