Rocker Tommy Lee was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a helicopter while flying from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2003.

The woman said in court documents obtained by TMZ that she was a friend of the pilot and he invited her on a trip.

But as she reached the tarmac, she encountered Tommy Lee, the Motley Crue drummer, waiting to board the helicopter with them.

It is not clear whether she knew Lee before the February 2003 encounter.

She alleges that Lee, now 61, and the pilot drank, snorted cocaine and smoked marijuana during the flight.
