Last December, Carlisle was arrested for driving under the influence and using “multiple firearms” at homes in Lake Citrus Drive and Victoria Drive.
Police were called after Carlisle reportedly began “recklessly” opening fire from his car within 1,000 feet of private homes.
According to the WFLA, when officers tried to confront him, he took off and drove home.
He was still intoxicated upon his return home, authorities said. His car was later found in his yard.
Several firearms were found in Caryl’s car, and several shell casings were found on the floor.
Carlisle was subsequently arrested and charged with concealed possession of a firearm, shooting with a firearm, and drunk driving.
Carlisle was later released on $11,500 bail. The incident happened just 0.3 miles from where he was arrested on Friday.
Prior to this, Carlyle ran a red light in October and left the scene of an accident with property damage in September.
