Host Jimmy Fallon apologized to his employees on the show The Tonight Show after he was accused of fostering a toxic work environment.

Later that evening, Jimmy Fallon and his showrunner Chris Miller joined a Zoom call with their staff to apologize. The host said he had no intention of “creating such an atmosphere for the show.”
