Trading Spaces star Sabrina Soto ends her engagement to LeAnn Rimes’ ex Dean Sheremet and shares: ‘I’ve never been so proud of myself’
Sabrina Soto took to her Instagram this week to reveal that she has ended her engagement to Dean Sheremet.
The 46-year-old Trading Spaces star shared a glamorous photo of her relaxing on an outdoor lounger in a one-piece tan swimsuit, with a caption that explained she was ending her engagement to the 41-star chef.
“Some of you noticed that I wasn’t wearing my ring. I’ve decided to end the engagement and I’ve never been so proud of myself,” the beauty wrote.

“I send love to all who are navigating a life transition. You got that,” she added with a flexed biceps emoji and a red heart emoji.
For his part, Dean recently shared a partnership post that seemed to hint at the breakup, writing, “In challenging times, coming back to your center is so important.”
“My body has been under extreme stress lately and with @rebalancehealth I can feel my cortisol’s natural rhythms staying in check. It’s time to focus on what I have control over, my skills, my work ethic and my son. It’s time to get my mojo back!’ he wrote.

The two have both seemingly removed all traces of their photos together from their respective Instagrams.
The couple got engaged in December 2021, on Sabrina’s birthday, with the HGTV star sharing snaps of her snuggling up to Dean while flashing her large diamond engagement ring.
“I said absolutely,” she wrote in the caption below the photos – which were taken on the beach in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California – at the time.

Dean, who shares three-year-old son Atlas Wilding with his ex Vanessa Black, also posted the photos to his Instagram.
“Happy birthday SABRINA! I can’t wait to continue building our beautiful family. Atlas and I are lucky to have you. (She said absolutely),’ he wrote.
Dean was previously married to country singer LeAnn Rimes (39) from 2002 to 2010. Before that, he was married to Sarah Silver from 2011 to 2016.
The duo have children from previous relationships, and before their split, they shared happy snaps of their blended family together; Sheremet and Soto with his son Atlas Wilding, three, and their daughter Olivia Gray, six.
Soto also has a daughter from a previous relationship. She shares Olivia Gray, six, with ex-boyfriend Steve Grevemberg.
In a February interview with PEOPLE magazine, Soto spoke about her blended family and how they make it work.
“It’s always a bit of a transition, no matter what. So the great thing is that my daughter, Olivia and Atlas are tough as thieves. They get along so well,” she said.
