Basically Anne danced while Anne paraded around the world in a top hat, making deals, seducing ladies, and polishing her thermometer. (IT IS ILLEGAL!)

Here’s the official synopsis:
In the new season it is Yorkshire, 1834. All eyes are on Anne Lister and Anne Walker as they set up a home at Shibden Hall together as wife and wife, determined to unite their estates and become a powerful couple. Anne Lister’s entrepreneurial spirit scares the locals as much as her unconventional personal life, and with Halifax on the brink of revolution, her refusal to keep a low profile becomes provocative and dangerous.
