“Train Karen” Brianna Pinnix was seen outside her Manhattan apartment on Monday, in her first public appearance since she went viral for drunkenly insulting German tourists on the subway.
The high-profile recruiting specialist lost her job at pharmacy giant Capital Rx after footage of her shouting abuse at passengers on a New Jersey Transit train went viral.
Pinnix was spotted outside her Manhattan residence wearing a white hoodie, sunglasses and Beats headphones.
She lives in Yorkville, ironically a historically German immigrant neighborhood with many German beer halls and butcher shops.
The former pharmaceutical employee is now accused of another xenophobic tirade against a Scottish boss.

During the confrontation, Pinnix, who appeared drunk, becomes increasingly aggressive towards the group of young travelers. He asked where they were from before shouting: “Don’t let immigrants take over our country… how about you get the hell out of our country.”
After revealed her identity, Capital Rx said in a statement that “the company has a zero-tolerance policy toward adverse or discriminatory behavior.”
“After examining the circumstances, we acted immediately and terminated the employee in question.”
“The former employee’s actions and words are not representative of Capital Rx, and we sincerely apologize to those who were hurt.”
In the video, which was widely shared on social media, the tourists appeared to take the incident in good spirits, with only one jumping out of his seat and appearing visibly upset before calmly sitting back down moments later.
It is unclear what led to the confrontation or what comments were made to Pinnix.
Pinnix declined an interview request to explain her perspective and provide context on the situation when reached by .
A male companion, who does not appear to be Pinnix’s British husband, attempted to defuse the situation.

In a recent viral video, Pinnix became increasingly aggressive before shouting, “Don’t let immigrants take over our country… how about you get the fuck out of our country?”
“Brie, don’t do that. “You could be arrested,” the man pleads as he takes her arm and tries to convince her that the group of men were “having a private conversation” and were not trying to instigate a conflict.
“Babe, I love you, but get away from me,” an increasingly annoyed Pinnix tells the man as she continues to insult the tourists.
“Stop it now, sit down, otherwise I’ll never talk to you again,” he threatens.
Eventually Pinnix takes her seat but stands up again, much to the frustration of the male companion who tells her, “I’m an immigrant too, you know that.”
New Jersey Transit told that the company “strongly condemns any behavior of this nature” and its customers are “encouraged to report incidents of this nature to train crew members or they can contact NJ TRANSIT Police.” turn around”.
It was later revealed that Pinnix had been accused of a second xenophobic attack for once calling her former boss a “Scottish piece of shit” and telling him she “hoped he would be deported”.
A former colleague described Pinnix as “aggressive” and “not a good drinker,” telling that the unsavory comments were made during a work dispute with Jack Lockerbie on a Teams call during the pandemic.
The colleague, who worked at Pinnix between 2019 and 2022, recalled being an “HR nightmare” that colleagues feared.
“Brianna was not a good drinker, there were always tears and screams when she drank at work events.”

The former InterQuest colleague, who did not want to be named, said Pinnix, 30, then created a TikTok video series about the former boss, claiming he had “gaslighted” her.
“None of us who have worked with her before are surprised by this video. “There was often aggressive, angry behavior, this time she was just caught,” he said.
