Travis Kelce has shared tips for any fans who want to dress up as him and Taylor Swift this Halloween – and the most important piece of advice for the men is to make sure they have a moustache.
The Kansas City Chiefs star spoke to the media on Friday ahead of his team’s upcoming game against the Chargers on Sunday afternoon.
But he had a lighter moment when asked if fans would dress up as him and his pop star girlfriend for the upcoming festivities.
“The mustache is starting to disappear, but I’ll tell you what, that beard and the ’87 jersey were pretty iconic for a while,” Kelce said with a smile.
“I had it when I first met Taylor. So I guess my “pain and then maybe a bracelet or something, I don’t know.”
Travis Kelce has offered advice on how to dress up as him and Taylor Swift for Halloween. Kelce described his mustache as “iconic” and urged men to copy it for Halloween
In his bracelet comment, he referenced how he tried to give Swift one after his performance at Arrowhead Stadium earlier this year, providing his phone number, but was unable to meet her after the show.
But things have changed significantly since then – he and Swift are now a couple and they spent last weekend together in New York.
The couple even made cameo appearances on Saturday Night Live, which Kelce also spoke about on Friday.
“They asked me if I wanted to finish the skit about me and Taylor taking over NFL games, which was hilarious,” he explained. “I loved every part of it.”
Swift has appeared in three of Kelce’s last four Chiefs games and the team is currently on a five-game winning streak heading into Sunday’s game against the Chargers.
There’s no word yet on whether she’ll be back at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, but she actually only has this weekend and next to see him play before continuing her Eras tour in Argentina on November 9th.
Next week, the Chiefs are in Denver to play the Broncos before traveling to Germany for their game against the Miami Dolphins on November 5th
