Travis Kelce said he’s spending Thanksgiving alone and eating fast food with his girlfriend Taylor Swift in Brazil on her Eras tour.

On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, his brother Jason was talking about the NFL holiday games he was planning to watch on TV when Travis made the confession.

‘Well then good luck. “I’m going to enjoy KFC because I won’t have anyone here,” Travis said.

Jason answered and asked for Kumar Ferguson, Travis’ personal chef.

“Isn’t there anyone cooking turkey? What is Kumar doing?’ he said.

‘I don’t know. “Maybe he’s going back to spend time with his family,” Travis replied.

Then Jason made his brother an offer to fly to Philadelphia and have dinner with him.

“If you want to take a quick trip, you’re welcome in the house, man,” he said. “We’ll have plenty to eat.”

However, it might be difficult for Travis to make a quick escape to his brother’s house as he and the Chiefs need to prepare for Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Taylor is currently in Brazil for her Eras Tour. After playing three dates in Rio de Janeiro last weekend, she is now traveling to Sao Paolo for three more dates.

The brothers talked about the impact football season has on Thanskgiving – in previous seasons, Jason himself played for the Eagles twice on the same day.

“It sucks,” Jason said of attending that day. “You can’t sit and eat with your family.”

“I don’t remember ever celebrating Thanksgiving like I did when I was a kid,” Travis said. “Every Thanksgiving we always have practice in the morning.”

Fans were quick to comment on the YouTube broadcast, calling for someone to save Travis from a lonely Thanksgiving.

“Travis alone during Thanksgiving, my Swiftie heart can’t take it,” one fan said.

Another said: “Someone in Kansas City needs to invite Travis to Thanksgiving dinner – he can’t be alone!”

There were suggestions that they wanted to spend Thanskgiving together with both their families, but it appears those plans were postponed due to Taylor’s tour dates.

Her parents were expected to be at the Chiefs’ game against the Eagles on Monday night – Swift’s father, Scott, is a Philadelphia fan, as is Travis’ brother, who plays for her.

But Taylor had to postpone one of her three dates in Rio due to extreme heat, meaning Monday night became show time for her and any possibility of her flying back for the game was ruled out.

Swift plays three consecutive dates Friday through Sunday before heading out on tour for the rest of the year.

Ironically, Taylor will likely celebrate without Travis on Christmas Day as the Chiefs play the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead on December 25th.

If the Chiefs reach the Super Bowl on Feb. 11, Swift will have about 36 hours from her tour dates in Tokyo, Japan to fly back to the U.S. for the game in Las Vegas.
