Kayla Nicole, the girlfriend of Travis Kelce, tight end of the Superstar Chiefs, antagonized Cam Newton over the quarterback’s controversial video about his preferred male and female roles.
Speaking on Barstool’s Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast earlier this week, Newton cited his parents’ 36-37-year marriage as a template for relationships. He admonished women who were “bad bitches” or “boss chicks” and said, “No, baby. But you can’t cook. You don’t know when to be quiet. You don’t know how to let a man lead.”
Nicole chimed in on her Instagram story.
“I saw the interview. I didn’t say anything about it because I think it’s foolish that we have to keep having the same tired conversation about the qualities that make a woman of substance,” Nicole said.

“This man said you have to know how to cook and when to be quiet because that’s what his mom did. Like BOY, thank your mother then.”
She then directed her Instagram followers to her Twitter page, where she also commented on the matter.
“A lot of you want to be with your mom. And you notice that”, Nicole tweeted over Newton’s video and added a smiley face emoji.
“The obsession with women being able to cook is really weird,” she says continued. “Because it’s like your taste buds are so superior, date a Michelin star chef and then Bozo. Pretty sure the average woman is capable of preparing edible food. How do you think she has survived so far? It’s really not about if she can cook – it’s more about if she wants to cook for your hungry hippo ass.”

Nicole then poked fun at Newton’s continued status as a free agent.
“This man hasn’t had a job in months,” she tweeted, adding a gif of a laughing woman. “He has nothing but time to ‘keep quiet’ and get his ass in the kitchen.”
