This system continues to move west at a translational speed of 26 km/h and is estimated to move on a similar course over the next 12 to 24 hours, increasing its translational speed to form the Lesser Antilles arc crossing that night and the next morning and entering the waters of the eastern Caribbean where it gradually weakens.

On the other hand, tropical depression number four of the season has organized and maintains maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h with higher gusts and a minimum central pressure of 1,070 hPa.

This tropical depression is moving on a nearly west-northwest course at a speed of 22 km/h and at 6:00 p.m. its central region was estimated to be about 1,670 kilometers east of Barbados, the southern group of Lesser Antilles.
It is forecast to continue gaining organization and intensity over the next 12 to 24 hours, potentially becoming a tropical storm tonight or Friday.

The Insmet note notes that the organism is traveling on the same course, increasing its translational speed somewhat over central Atlantic waters.
This system does not pose a threat to Cuba and is only of interest for navigation.
