Paulo Hesse, who played Laranjeira in “Paraíso Tropical” (2007), a story that will be shown in “Vale vai ver novo” on November 27, has died at the age of 81. The actor’s cause of death was not revealed. The announcement of his death was made this Tuesday (14) by the actress Bárbara Bruno on social media.
“Go in peace, my dear! Long live Paulo Hesse,” the artist wrote in the caption to a photo of the actor from “The Carnation and the Rose” (2000) posted on Instagram. Actress Cléo Ventura also paid tribute to her friend on social media. “Goodbye, dear Paulo Hesse,” he wrote in the stories.

In addition to his work in theater and cinema, Paulo appeared in more than 20 television soap operas. One of his most famous works on the small screen is Delegado Sansão Farias from “O Cravo ea Rosa”.
In a participation in “Paraíso Tropical” he played alongside Yoná Magalhães and Alessandra Negrini. His character was a fan of Virgínia (Yoná’s role) and helped the former freshman show icon whenever she needed it.
Paulo was also in the cast of “Selva de Pedra” (1986), “Éramos Seis” (1994) and “Água na Boca” (2008) this is his last work on television.
