Trump’s granddaughter Kai WINS the women’s championship at her golf club: Don Jr and Vanessa’s 14-year-old daughter win in West Palm Beach
- Trump’s talented granddaughter wins women’s club championship over the weekend
- Kai, 14, beat more experienced golfers at a tournament held at her family’s golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- She is the daughter of Don Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa.
- And she has long been regarded as potentially the best golfer in the family.
- On Thursday, she posted photos of her win on social media.
The 14-year-old granddaughter of former President Donald Trump won the women’s championship at his West Palm Beach golf club last weekend, breaking through a field of players with a decade of experience.
The Trump family has long assumed that Kai could be the best golfer of all, and she proved it with an impressive win, according to onlookers.
Don Jr’s daughter announced her victory with a modest Instagram announcement and a photo of her posing with her championship plate alongside her grandfather and mother, Vanessa.
“I won the women’s club championship over the weekend,” she wrote.
Her proud father commented, “Great job, Kai.”

Kai has beaten players with decades more experience than her and can claim family bragging rights after her grandfather was eliminated from the quarter-finals of the men’s tournament.
Kai is regularly seen at the West Palm Beach club – this time she plays with her grandfather.
The Trump International Golf Club at West Palm Beach is a 15-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago, the former president’s winter headquarters.
He attends courses several times a week, often entertaining visiting politicians – Senator Lindsey Graham had business contacts last weekend.
But it was more of a family affair last weekend when Melania was also spotted at the club, rarely appearing at dinner.
Kai is the daughter of Don Jr. and Vanessa, who divorced in 2018.
And her victory meant she won the family’s right to show off.
Her 74-year-old grandfather had been knocked out in the quarterfinals a week earlier.
But Kai’s excellence won’t come as a surprise to club members who have seen her in action and think she has the talent for a college scholarship, or to her proud father and uncle.
In late 2020, Don Jr posted a video of his daughter in action.
“Amazing kick Kai. Dad and daughter day on the golf course,” he wrote.
“Kai is really getting better… I think I’m lucky we busted out after 6 holes.”

The golf club is a short drive from Mar-a-Lago, where Trump spends his winters. He hosted a Super Bowl party at the club and entertains politicians and business people on the pitch.

And five years ago, he singled her out when journalists asked who was the best golfer in the family.
He and his brother Eric answered questions at their Bedminster golf club in New Jersey ahead of the 2017 US Women’s Open.
“Don, stand up,” said Eric when asked about the best player according to Town & Country magazine. This is not Don.
His older brother was quick to say, “That’s my daughter,” before clarifying that Kai has by far the biggest potential in the family.
About who is now the best in the family, there was only one answer
“My father is an incredible golfer,” Eric said. “He loves the game. I think everyone in this room knows that.
But whether this is true five years later is another question.
