Turkey confirms that the meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy is subject to the approval of the Russian President

Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu confirmed on Thursday that a possible meeting of the Presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, in the Eurasian country depends on Putin’s approval.
