Turkey will not be intimidated by shooting down a drone in Syria. An American F-16 knocked the Anka aircraft out of the sky on Thursday as it approached an American military base near Hasakah. Observers saw this as a warning to Ankara not to go too far in its operation against the Kurds in northern Syria.
