This comes after viewers were left in tears following the dramatic “end of an era” in Wednesday night’s episode on Corrie.
Earlier this week, Rover Return closed for extensive renovations, with all staff having their contracts terminated with immediate effect.

“Goodbye to the Rovers as we know them,” along with a broken heart.
Fans took to the comments section, with some describing the closure as “heartbreaking” and others calling the pub a “landmark”.
One person said: “Why mess with perfection? The Rovers are Rovers! A Weatherfield landmark!’
Another wrote: “Too heartbreaking.”
“The road wouldn’t be the same without the return of the rovers.” “It’s the heart and soul of the road,” said a third.
