Figures from his company documents at Blue Eye Productions show that he earned £715,164 over the course of a year.
Stephen hosts Catchphrase, In For A Penny, acts in Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and fronts Britain’s Got More Talent.
He will soon join double act Ant and Dec on the spin-off Britain’s Got Talent: The Ultimate Magician.
Earlier this year, Stephen was unable to present after reportedly undergoing a hospital procedure that left him away from television for “weeks”.
The presenter told fans he would be absent from this weekend’s Saturday Night Takeaway after being told to take time off on “a doctor’s order”, which left his fans concerned.

However, a source told The Sun that the broadcaster is “focusing all of its energies on his recovery” as he supports Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, both 46, from home.
A source told The Sun at the time: “Stephen went to hospital for a medical procedure but has now been discharged and is focusing all his energies on his recovery.”
It comes after it was revealed Deal or no Deal will return with Stephen set to replace former presenter Noel Edmonds to headline an ITV reboot.
Sources have claimed there are suggestions Noel could return, but in the end ITV is keen to give the show “a whole new look and feel”.
Insiders told The Sun of Deal Or No Deal: “ITV feel there’s still a huge appetite for it and think they could make the show a huge success if they brought it back.
“Plans for the restart are still at a very early stage and details of when it might come back are being closely guarded.
“Stephen has been approached to be the show’s new host, which he’s thrilled about.”
