Marilou, Marthe Laverdière and Roch Voisine will star in three new TVA original productions next year.

Marilou, the heart of a documentary

At just 33 years old, Marilou has already had an impressive career. After many periods of healing, she has regained control of her life and is preparing for the ultimate challenge: returning to the stage and reclaiming her relationship with music.

Directed by Émilie Ricard-Harvey, the documentary will follow the process of the artist-cum-businesswoman’s big return to music.

A series about Marthe Laverdière

Marthe Laverdière, the friendly gardener whose openness amuses the gallery, will publish her weekly humor magazine. Every week she welcomes guests with whom she chats and laughs.

A documentary for Roch Voisine

Singer Roch Voisine will reflect on his career in a 90-minute documentary film directed by Jean-François Blais. The singer will tell some artists honestly and unfiltered about his journey. He will also revisit some of his greatest hits.

“Viewers will have privileged access to the world of these personalities,” added Nathalie Fabien, senior director, channels and programming, at TVA Group.

These three new original productions, produced in collaboration with Quebecor Content, are in development and scheduled to land on TVA sometime in 2024.
