An Israeli couple murdered by Hamas members managed to save the lives of their 10-month-old twins, several local media reported.

Before men broke into their home in Kfar Gaza, Itai and Hadar Berdichevsky hid their infants in a bomb shelter.
They then allegedly tried to fight their attackers but were killed by Hamas operatives.

Fortunately, the twins were found unharmed by Israeli troops 14 hours later and handed over to their grandmother.
