Los Angeles Angels star Shohei Ohtani let his racquet do the talking at guaranteed rate field in Wednesday afternoon’s 12-5 win over the Chicago White Sox.
The Japanese hit two homers to take his tally to 15 this season.

In the third inning, Ohtani kicked the ball wide into midfield. His teammate Mike Trout, who had already scored twice, was out at the time.
The one who was named batsman-designate for that clash in Chicago did it again on his next pass at the plate. It was also a two-point cannon shot, but this time the ball landed in the right field.
Taylor Ward and Chad Wallach also took advantage of the White Sox shooters’ generosity to stretch out their arms.
The win went to Jaime Barria (2-2), who gave up a deserved run with four hits in five innings. The 26-year-old right-hander overtook six competitors in mittens. On the hill for the two bombs from Ohtani and Trout, gunner Lance Lynn (5:5) suffered a defeat.
