AVOCADO, GREEN ONION & SALSA VERDE COCOTTE (GLUTEN FREE, LACTOSE FREE, VEGGIE)

- 1⁄2 avocado, quartered
- 1 C. tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 C Salsa Verde
- salt and pepper to taste
Smoked salmon, caper and maple syrup coconut (GLUTEN FREE, LACTOSE FREE)
- 1 egg
- 2 slices smoked salmon (or dill gravlax)
- 1 C maple syrup
- 1 C. Capers
- salt and pepper to taste
