AGI – The alleged bodies of two “non-human” beings were presented during a congressional hearing in Mexico, sparking a mix of surprise, disbelief and ridicule on social media. The mummified remains were displayed yesterday in two small boxes: It is the first time that the Mexican Congress has officially addressed the issue of possible extraterrestrial life.
The suspected bodies, which were grayish in color and had a human-like body shape, were brought by Jaime Maussan, a controversial Mexican journalist and researcher who reported finding them in Peru in 2017.They are non-human beings. We don’t want to call them aliens because we don’t knowMaussan said this during the meeting called by ruling party MP Sergio Gutierrez, who defended the event as “of public interest”.
Maussan cited a carbon dating analysis from the National Autonomous University of Mexico that he said shows that “these creatures are around 1,000 years old“. Gutierrez asked speakers to swear to tell the truth during the hearing.
He said Maussan requested the meeting after a former intelligence official told a U.S. congressional committee in July that humans were not alone in the universe and that American authorities were hiding evidence.
In May, the US space agency NASA held its first public meeting on the topic, calling for a more rigorous scientific approach to clarify the origin of the so-called unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). The Mexican event sparked both shock and ridicule, including jokes accompanied by photos of the alien creature in the film “ET.”
