Neil Parish, a British MP, has been suspended by the Conservative Party of which he is a member after he was caught viewing pornography on his smartphone in Parliament.

According to British newspapers, the first allegation came during a meeting of Conservative lawmakers on Tuesday night, where lawmakers shared reports of machismo and harassment at the hands of their peers.

According to a Sunday Times report, 56 MPs have been charged with sexual misconduct and reported to a house guard.

“This behavior is anything but unusual. It’s institutional misogyny,” Labor MP Nadia Whittome said on her social media account.
