(ANSA) — ROME, NOVEMBER 18 — Ukraine’s President Zelensky said more than 10 million Ukrainians are without power as winter progresses in the country and temperatures are expected to drop to -10C next week.
About half of the total national consumer, a total of around 21 million people, were left without power.

Meanwhile, national electricity operator Ukrenergo has announced the extension of the power outages due to the “deteriorating situation”. (HAND).
