Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov wrote on Telegram about the rocket attacks launched by Russian forces on Ukraine today. “He must run before I arrive, run west without looking back,” he wrote, referring to the Ukrainian president. “We warned you, Zelenskyy, that it hasn’t started for Russia yet. So stop complaining and before it gets there, run. Run, Zelensky, run without looking back to the west,” added the Chechen leader.
