After the successful counter-offensive of the Kiev forces in different regions of Ukraine, the Russians will launch new attacks to regain lost ground. “Russia is attacking all areas of the Donetsk region where the front line runs, and in particular there was a massive bombardment of the city of Avdiivka,” reports the head of the Donetsk region Pavlo Kyrylenko, according to the UNIAN press agency of Ukraine.
“In Avdiivka in the morning another massive artillery shelling hit the old and central parts of the city. We are investigating information about casualties and damage,” Kyrylenko said. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office is releasing dramatic data on the most incoming casualties of this war. “384 children have been killed in Ukraine since the Russian invasion of the country. 749 injured,” said the Prosecutor General’s Office, specifying that the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv and Chernihiv regions recorded the highest number of victims.
