Ukraine releases a video showing Russians shooting surrendered Kiev soldiers

Ukrainian human rights commissioner Dmytro Lubinets reported about it on Telegram

(LaPresse) “Another war crime probably occurred on February 24, 2024 in Bakhmut district. In the video we were able to obtain, you can see that the Ukrainian soldiers surrendered: their hands were raised high, showing that they were unarmed and posed no threat. The Russians should have captured them, but instead they shot them mercilessly. Ukrainian human rights commissioner Dmytro Lubinets reported about it on Telegram. “The exact number of Ukrainians executed by the Russians is not known, but there were probably at least seven,” he continues. Such an execution, according to Lubinets, “is a war crime.” We also know from which military unit of the Russian army the soldiers who mercilessly executed the Ukrainians came from.”
