Ukrainian intelligence today revealed horrifying images from the scene of the murder of Ilya Kyva, a “traitor” and former Kiev MP turned Putin puppet.
Kyva, 46, was shot dead last week while walking in a supposedly safe location near Moscow.
Images from the crime scene show his body lying in the snow – and the weapons used to “liquidate” him were discovered on a tree nearby.
The SBU secret service made it clear that the images and recordings were intentionally released as a warning to other Ukrainians who were collaborating with Vladimir Putin's invasion forces.
A source said: “This is a signal to all traitors and war criminals who have gone over to the enemy's side.”
“Remember, Russia will not protect you.
“As SBU chief Vasily Malyuk previously noted, death is the only prospect facing Ukraine’s enemies.”

The crime scene images were taken on the heavily guarded grounds of the Velich Country Club, considered a safe home for the murdered Ukrainian.
The club is just 12 miles from Putin's main official residence, Novo-Ogarevo, outside Moscow, and less than 30 miles from the Kremlin.
Kyva was reportedly living with a friend at the club, which had hotel facilities and “good security.”
A video taken by the suspected killer at the crime scene shortly before the shooting shows the assassin waiting among the snow and trees, waiting for a man to pass by.
“This is what my office looks like,” he said, his voice hushed to protect his identity.
“There's a red carpet walking around, a chair, a road to the bus,” he joked, showing off his surroundings before focusing the camera on a figure walking through the snowdrift a few dozen meters away. It is unclear whether this figure was Kyva.
The Russian Investigative Committee is currently investigating the murder.
Kyva, a Kremlin propagandist who appeared on obedient state television shows, had claimed that Zelensky was an MI6 stooge and addicted to cocaine.
He was a former police officer and government official who led the Socialist Party in the Ukrainian parliament from 2017 to 2019.
In 2019, he unsuccessfully ran for the Ukrainian presidency, but then turned to Russia. He asked Putin for political asylum and a Russian passport.
Earlier this year he was sentenced to 14 years in prison in an in-absentia trial for treason because Kyva had already fled to Russia.
Hours before his death, Kyva had predicted in his final social media post that the defeated Volodymyr Zelensky would be forced to flee to Britain.
“Zelensky's only option is to flee to England, but even from there he will be extradited if it is convenient for the crown or he will die if it is necessary for the Kremlin,” he said.

Commenting on the murder, Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said: “Regardless of the Kyva incident, it is very important for everyone who, in one way or another, actively cooperates with the Russian occupation administrations to understand that the risks are extreme, even if they are do.” are on Russian territory.'
“Of course, the activities and capabilities of the Ukrainian special services have grown enormously in the last two years.”
“Risks for such people remain or even multiply.”
Ukrainian military intelligence spokesman Andriy Yusov also made it clear that his state was responsible for the killing.
“We can confirm that [Ilya] “Kyva is the real deal,” he said.
“This is the fate that befalls Ukraine’s biggest traitors and the Putin regime’s henchmen.”
“He was one of the greatest and most disgusting scum, a traitor and collaborator.”
“Here, then, we can only observe that justice…takes different forms…
“Among other characters like Kyva… unfortunately there are still a lot of them in Russia.”
