Another person was killed and three others were injured in Russian-led attacks in Kherson. This was announced by regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin via Telegram. According to the governor, the Russians have carried out 83 attacks with a total of 332 bombs in the last 24 hours, including 28 on the city of Kherson. “The Russian army is attacking residential neighborhoods in populated areas of the region,” Prokudin said, adding that a bank in the Beryslav district was also attacked.
While a Ukrainian drone hit a public building in Kursk, the region’s governor Roman Starovoit said on Telegaram. The building was slightly damaged, reports the governor, who did not name any victims. After the attack, local authorities canceled celebrations planned for a city festival.
