On Friday, Russia blanketed several regions of Ukraine with its heaviest rocket attacks in weeks, and the Ukrainian military even spoke of the heaviest attacks since the start of the war on February 24.
There was an air alert in much of the country. The media spoke of about 70 rocket attacks in Ukraine.
Rocket launches were reported in several regions, including Zaporizhia🇧🇷 Mykolayiv🇧🇷 vinnytsia🇧🇷 poltava🇧🇷 Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkiv🇧🇷
Consequently, Russia has returned to targeting energy infrastructure specifically. Since October, the Russian military has attacked civilian power infrastructure on an almost weekly basis. For the people, this means a lack of energy, heat and water in the middle of winter.
While some things can be fixed, it gets harder with each attack. That’s why there are also emergency plant shutdowns across the country, according to reports from the president’s office.
