(ANSA) LONDON, MARCH 30 British Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab is rather cautious about the possibility of the UK becoming a guarantor of Ukraine’s neutrality and thus security (modeled on NATO’s Article 5 ) will be agreed as part of a peace agreement between Kyiv and Moscow.
