Ukrainian troops are heading to Crimea to liberate it. The Kiev Post referred to the interception of a Russian soldier who expressed fear of what he said was a “huge” Ukrainian armored force and 150,000 soldiers ready to liberate occupied Crimea. The Ukrainian newspaper admits that the intercepted call “has not been independently verified and the exact date on which it took place is not known,” but explains: “The situation for the soldiers on both sides is difficult during Ukraine’s counteroffensive is gaining momentum.”
According to the Ukrainian newspaper, in a phone call intercepted and published by Ukrainian Military Intelligence (HUR), the soldier told a friend that he had heard about three divisions with troops and material being prepared by Kiev to retake the peninsula.
